offensive, hate and crime attributive.
These are research findings by the Crimean Human Rights Group
analysts. The hate speech illustrations in this database are
structured and classified for the purpose of being properly
documented, of attracting the attention of international
organizations and law enforcement bodies to further impose
sanctions and/or take to court persons generating and constantly
communicating such calls.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Unmasking of Russian Propagandists: Responsibility for International Crime of Genocide Incitement
Project is implemented by the Crimean Human Rights Group with the
support of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the
Netherlands within the scope of the Netherlands international and
development policy. The technical support is provided by HURIDOCS
NGO.


OUR MISSION
The Crimean Human Rights Group (CHRG) implementing the Project is a non-governmental organization of Crimean human rights defenders and journalists.
Its mission is to promote the protection and respect of human
rights in the context of international armed conflict by
attracting great attention to human rights and international
humanitarian law issues in the Russia-occupied territories of
Ukraine, including Crimea. Additionally, CHRG works to search for
and develop procedures for defending the rights of victims of
Russian armed aggression.
OUR WORK
Unmasking of Russian Propagandists: Responsibility for International Crime of Genocide Incitement
When preparing and disseminating information, CHRG is guided by the
criteria of objectivity, reliability, and timeliness.CHRG team
includes experts, human rights activists, and journalists from
different countries who have been participating in monitoring and
documenting human rights violations in Crimea since February 2014.

This project is aimed at promoting the effectiveness of investigations into international crimes, raising awareness among target audiences about the phenomenon of aggressive propaganda, and providing information about crimes and perpetrators.
Raise public awareness
Inform the public about the spread of incitement to genocide,
crimes against humanity, and war crimes in the Russian-speaking
media space during Russia's war against Ukraine.
Develop recommendations
Create strategies for improving the effectiveness of countering
such incitements and enhancing mechanisms for holding
individuals accountable for public calls to genocide and other
serious crimes.
OUR IMPACT
Demonstrating the Global Impact of Information Warfare
We strive to inform civil society about the dissemination of such
dangerous rhetoric and to develop effective strategies for
countering it, while improving accountability mechanisms for those
spreading calls to commit crimes.
